The Dorm Hotel has been fully renovated using only the exterior walls and roof of the infamous Hillside Inn. Originally built some 100 years ago, the Hillside Inn has seen many uses…some of which are not entirely clear. Some say it started as dormitory housing students for Cornell law students. The building was later purchased by Jim Rider approximately 60 years ago and converted to the Hillside Inn. Many students, professors, locals, and tourists have stayed at the Hillside and had their own memorable story to go along. Got a Hillside story?
